Vegetables has the components helpful for a colon cleanse. It is rich in fiber that helps on regular bowel movement. I agree with you that veggies are good colon cleansers..But..
Toxins that are stored for years may be hard for veggies to eliminate. that’s why we need more stronger remedies for colon cleanse.This toxins may trigger for more diseases like colon disease.
Then it’s the time we stick to this diet. Vegetable and fruits are good source of fiber.
