in Conditions

Singular is a  brand of drug, also known as Singulair, used for the treatment of asthma and allergies. PrimarilySingulair for Asthma designed for asthma patience, the compound in Singular drug opens the airways to the lungs to encourage the ease of breathing and relief of asthma symptoms.

The singular drug only functions in the case where the asthma or allergy symptoms are caused by a compound known as Leukotrienes. Leukotrienes cause swelling and inflammation in the lungs, which triggers the sensation and inability to fully draw in breath. The singular drug functions by modifying the Leukotrienes to a more harmless state, resulting in the lowering of swelling and inflammation, which then eases the allergy or asthma symptoms.

The Singular drug is a pill that is taken once in the morning for allergy sufferers, or once in the evening for asthma sufferers. This drug is known to lower the number of asthma attacks, reduce general allergy symptoms, and promote easier breath. Unlike many drugs, the singular drug compounds have been found safe for use in children 12 months of age or older. This low age bracket makes this drug invaluable, as it is one of the few that can ease symptoms in children without known long term side effects. There are oral granulars and chewable tablets available specifically for children.

If you are taking the singular drug, it is suggested that you take it the same time for the drug to remain potent.
