Success Isn’t Cheap You Have To Pay For It!

success Success Isnt Cheap You Have To Pay For It!You’ve probably figured it out by now that not everyone can be successful in life. In the world we live in there are winners and there are losers. Most people want to be in the group of winners, but, unfortunately many remain where they stand. As you well know, being successful means to stand above the others around you or to know more that the one sitting next to you does.

In order to succeed, you need to understand how to achieve it and always keep working towards your goals. Each step you make along the way is one step closer to achieving your goal (one step at a time). The hair on the back of my neck stands up whenever someone talks about a successful person as if they didn’t do anything deserve their success. Quite the contrary, truly successful people work their entire lives to be where they are right now (never forget that).

Success is sweet, but it doesn’t come free or cheap, you have to pay for it. The price is not monetary, but it is expressed in manners of time and effort, these being precious details that can’t be refunded once you gave them away.

Success is hard. Generally speaking to be successful you have to work hard, be educated and have a little bit of luck. Often you have to try many times until you truly reach success.

To not be successful is simple: you make all the wrong choices, you work without ethics, the lack of responsibility and of education is almost everything. Although, it is not obvious, the lack of success is also a choice, but a choice that can be gained on the first try. Continue Reading »

19145161[1]panic.thb Panic And Anxiety Attacks Can Happen At Any TimeAn anxiety attack is a short period of overwhelming fear that comes on with no warning and for no rational reason. An anxiety attack can be a one-time event, but most often is an ongoing problem. Those who experience regular anxiety attacks (two or more anxiety attacks a month) should go to a doctor. It’s very likely that those who experience that many anxiety attacks have an anxiety or panic disorder. An anxiety attack is also often called a panic attack.

Regular anxiety attacks can prevent the person who experiences them from living a normal, happy life. Anyone of any adult age, from both genders, and of all races and economic backgrounds can have an anxiety attack.

Doctors and caregivers don’t know for sure what brings on an anxiety attack. But studies have shown that there are some health conditions and medications that might cause an anxiety attack. Anxiety attack triggers include withdrawing from alcohol or illegal drugs, a fear of having another anxiety attack, or heredity reasons.

An anxiety attack can bring on feelings of loneliness and a feeling of being out-of-touch with other people. There are other physical and emotional symptoms associated with an anxiety attack, but the main symptom is extreme fear. Some of the physical symptoms that can show up with an anxiety attack can feel like the symptoms of a serious health problem, like a heart attack.

The physical and emotional signs and symptoms of an anxiety attack rarely last longer than 30 minutes. The most intense symptoms of an anxiety attack usually peak within ten minutes. There have been a few rare cases where symptoms of an anxiety attack have lasted for hours. Continue Reading »

Managing Anxiety, Controlling Fear And Overcoming Panic

Emily2 Managing Anxiety, Controlling Fear And Overcoming PanicFear and anxiety are controllable and panic and worry can be overcome. What most people don’t understand is that fear and anxiety are designed to help us solve problems. However, in order to control fear and anxiety, one must understand how they work. When we experience uneasiness and concern it can make use fearful. This causes timidity, and timidity gives rise to a state of alarm which sometimes involves avoiding a matter or situation that needs to be resolved. If we avoid dealing with unresolved issues long enough, the fear and anxiety can cause a neurosis; acute or chronic anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and phobia.  For this reason, we need to understand how fear works.

Our autonomic nervous system regulates how body organs work. Chiefly a part of the autonomic nervous system, called ’sympathetic’, automatically interacts with our mind when we worry, experience anxiety, fear. When fear is felt the mind signals a threat, danger, or emergency physically (e.g. a hand raised in anger) or psychologically (e.g. distrust); the sympathetic nervous system immediately comes into action to help protect or defend ourselves to our best possible advantage. Suddenly, automatically, we breath more oxygen which, with cyclic biochemical reactions, energizes our ‘electron transport chain’ and synthesis with other substances in our body, upon that fear signal. This synthesizing upon that fear signal urgently turns on electrical impulses which fire from cell to cell at very high speeds communicating that fear to the control center in the brain. In our fear and anxiety, the brain instantly issues commands to the organs to take action. Income Tax Law: The Requirement To Pay Taxes Is Not Voluntary!

Tax law Income Tax Law: The Requirement To Pay Taxes Is Not Voluntary!Income tax returns make up the largest number of returns in the United States, followed by corporation income tax and employment tax returns. While the law in IRS publications states that such payment of tax is voluntary, the failure to file a tax return can result in criminal penalties that can include fines and imprisonment as well as civil penalties. Thus, the requirement to pay taxes is not voluntary; rather it is imposed upon all obligated to do so. Once the tax return has been filed, payment is required at the fixed time and place.

Do tips, wages and other compensation received for personal services amount to income and thus require that the income tax returns reflect such compensation? Are these ‘time reimbursement transactions’ subject to tax laws? Any income, regardless of the source, unless it can be established specifically to be excluded or exempted, is construed to be ‘gross income’ and thus require that income tax returns reflect it. This means that salaries, wages and any other economic benefit received from services performed or to be performed in the future are liable to taxation.

The Internal Revenue Code of 1986 imposes current income taxes as progressive taxes on individuals, companies and estates. While the income tax law of the United States is indeed complex, any exclusions or deductions are specifically stated by Congress and as a result, taxpayers are not expected to deduct or exclude income of any item from their income tax returns. Time To Think About Your Income Tax Deductions

taxes Time To Think About Your Income Tax DeductionsAmericans claim more than $1 trillion in deductions in their income tax returns every year. And millions more claim standard deductions that amount to half of that in addition. But that’s not nearly enough for the IRS. It reports that of all the silly, avoidable mistakes we make on our tax returns, the ones we should pay special attention to, this year, have to do with not putting down enough allowable deductions. For example, if you just made it to 65, your prize is that you get to claim a larger standard deduction than the rest of us. Of course, paying taxes is good for the country. It means more roads and more schools. But what living, breathing human would want to be in hock to the IRS for any more than he or she absolutely had to? So what are the income tax deductions that we all insist on sparing the IRS on, most of the time?

A lot of mutual fund investors have the automatic reinvestment option turned on in their stock ownership. Whatever you make on your investments in dividends are just plowed back to buy you more shares. And that sets you up for bigger taxes coming from bigger assets. The thing is, when people cash in their investments, they forget that they already paid the taxes once, when those shares were bought. And so they just pay taxes on them all over again. Just make sure that you take note of how many shares you invested in to begin with, and how many you have at the end of your term. This may not strictly be a deduction though; it’s just that you shouldn’t have to pay twice for anything. Continue Reading »
